Hoipolloigroup.com provides sintering systems, vacuum induction furnaces, refractory crucibles, and quenching control modules for advanced metallurgy. All equipment is intended for industrial and research use in refining grain structures of chrome-moly steel alloys. This agreement applies to all purchases, leases, and service contracts.
The user must operate all equipment in accordance with provided manuals and safety guidelines. Proper training for high-temperature vacuum induction furnaces and quenching sequences is required. Hoipolloigroup.com is not liable for damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow maintenance schedules.
Hoipolloigroup.com’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased equipment or service. We are not responsible for indirect damages including loss of production, material defects in chrome-moly alloys, or costs from interrupted sintering cycles. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the user must return or destroy any proprietary documentation and cease using Hoipolloigroup.com’s systems. Outstanding payments remain due. Hoipolloigroup.com reserves the right to terminate immediately for breach of safety or payment terms.
